Bringing on the ground experience, Rolf Hapel shares with the librarians of South Asia to tap into opportunities, making choices, by choosing those aspects that helps to reimagine libraries for their communities. He shares that the future of libraries is by integrating innovation (skills/knowledge/digital), technology and redefining services to the people. Using empathy, trust and value based approach lends a stronger weave into the association built for a thriving knowledge hub.

It can come from the youngest or most inexperienced member).
